Did an extra variation of knocking on heavens door.. Got a little dizzy afterwards 😅😅

I love knocking on heaven's door. This was an awesome practice. I will come back to it again. I have not been posting lately but I do work out with you EVERY day! I love yoga and have been doing it now regularly for almost 4 years now. I just wish I had started sooner for my body and mind. That was so good! Just tried Revolve to Evolve not expecting it to be meditation, which allowed me time to sink more into my seat and let the hips open more without my back collapsing, which I am gradually getting better at but 10 minutes into position helped me melt into it better. Then I tried this yoga next, and wow! Easy moves, nothing strenuous, and half of it was pure silliness. Going to do this every day alongside continuing other Yoga With Adriene And Benji videos.

I've stayed away from yoga for a while as I felt really disconnected from myself and my body.
