i love this workout! i really enjoy these 15 min core workouts. I used a water bottle as a weight, so it was only like 4-5lb but it increased the intensity and it suits my strenght levels so it was enough for me! I will definitely come back to this one and do it over and over because it is a burner but so much fun. thank youuuu <33

I think I've improved on the sit ups with a weight. The side plank dips I have to use a 2.5kg for that but I can do it.
This has got to be a once a week visit amongst your other great workouts!
