It’s crazy how effective all these home workouts are with only body weight. I see a difference so fast and can tell I’m gaining muscle. I still go to the gym but honestly it can’t compete

i feel so uncoordinated doing the dead bug exercise. it took me longer than i care to admit to realize i wasnt doing opposite limbs. 😂😂
