Is this exercise ok if I have a rotator cuff injury?
HASFit is the best and ì do get excited when they drop a new video. I am looking forward to doing this routine. I have to adjust and do.mine from a seated position because of my bad knees and can't stand with bended knees.

After 3 months of rest from post surgery due to cerebral palsy, I’m finally able to start lifting again. Thought I’d try something new and my shoulders are a weaker spot for me so this was great! Really enjoyed it! 🙂

Loved this quick, but super effective shoulder workout! Just what I was looking for to tack on to an intense lower body strength circuit. After that, it's nice to round out the workout with a bit of upper body work 💪. My muscles were burning, and each 2nd set, I went up in weight to challenge myself. Thanks Hasfit, I'm so glad to see you back!
