I checked the time of this video before starting like i always do but it was 17 instead of 15 which is no big deal but thought “hm long one” but IT WENT SO FAST i was surprised. Easily one of my absolute favorite. LOVE the exercises so much

But any advice for my elbows when we need to lay on them? 😂 they’re being scratched like an old man’s foot

Am Anfang denke ich immer: cool, ein neues Video. Am Ende denke ich: typisch Pam, wie hält sie das selbst nur aus?!? Immer anstrengend aber trotzdem kann man es einfach nicht sein lassen 😅💪🏼😘
