I had no more time to complete a second round, so at the end I repeted the side to side walk with a jump and a 30s wall seat. It was the most horrible choice I could have come up with. It totally killed my legs!!!

Very good glute workout! Try two rounds with a resistance band (I tuck mine under my knee for single leg table top exercises because mine tends to roll) The first time I did this one for two rounds I didn’t use a band and it was still a great workout so this was an awesome burn.
