This is low cardio impact workout is perfect for me after allowing myself to slack off physical exercise during a rough emotional time. Thank you so much for helping me get back to tuning up my body. Adding in my hiking and dancing I will soon be fit again, even more so. Life is good!

This workout was great, but I have one suggestion. Since it's for beginners, you might want to allow just a couple more seconds between exercises when you're moving from standing to the floor, and vice versa. Those just starting out may not be as agile and might need a couple more seconds to get up or down.

Great workout to get back into a routine. Not easy if you are just coming back, but a good and challenging start.
