I had to improvise on the jumping parts as I have neighbours underneath, so I did rises instead. I also held on to my bad knee while doing the leg rise kickbacks. I'm still sweating though!

I didn't do the jumps but I did manage the leg raises without holding on and the crisscross legs with the squat. That's an improvement on my previous attempts!
I did this workout on Wednesday and I'm still feeling it Friday. It was challenging but I pushed through.

This certainly gets the heart rate up. Mine is beating like a drum! I've improved on my previous performance but I need more practice on the kick backs. I had to hold my left knee while I raised the right leg!
