I've started training at home and I already see some little results. I want to go to the gym but one of my friends who usually goes there tells me I'm too skinny for that. What do you think? Can I go to the gym?

Hellow. At first I wanted to say that these are great videos. I really love them. I got a problem though. Whenever I do a arm workout with my dumbells i get huge problems with my left hand. It gets totally cramped up and i have to do breaks because of this. Do you have any idea why ?

There are so many great videos made to fit whatever I need in a workout. I workout with you at least twice a week. I use your videos alongside a good amount of other workout programs during the week to mix it up. Your voice is very strong and it calms me even when I have to work hard. I would love to see you in a brighter more colorful room with more of your great inspirational posters on the wall. Loved this workout but I'm headed over to the 300 tricep workout to really max my arms out before I hit the sack. I sleep better when I feel thinner. Lol Yawn….

I love this one, This is one of the few workouts i can power through without needing to stop with a set of 15 lb weights. I can feel a good burn after too. Does this burn calories too and how much?
