I really liked this workout! I would love to see a full beginner series as well, sort of like you did the month long challenge, but do one for beginners, with just your beginner workouts and progressing with a different plan every week or other week. Or even a good 6 week beginner workout challenge.
The more beginner workouts you do the better! I HATE working out and can't stand the idea of going to the gym for an hour. These shorter fairly intense videos mentally help me manage the idea of working out every day without being overwhelming. I am 22 and 115 pounds and I am sick of looking like a stick! I just want to gain some muscle and tonnage! lol please keep doing more full body workouts like this!
