Ok that was AMAZINGGGG !!! I love how my neck isn't strained at all during the entire workout, I LOVEEE the dance inspiration , and just overall impressed with how much my abs burned and feel great after this. The ballet influence with the pointed toes and soft arms brings me back to my gymnastics days (oh to be that young and flexible again lol) and keeps me focused on my form. I love love love that you were a dancer – I can relate to all of your workouts because of this and I always enjoy the dance inspired ones. You blow all other trainers out of the water in my opinion and I only work out to your videos because they have made the biggest improvement overall for me (tone, weight loss, flexibility, strength, stamina). Thanks for all of your videos!

This is such a great workout to feel completely relaxed as well as feeling fit afterwards!
Love the abhold at the end, it makes my breathing slow way down and steady out and even though legs might shake it feels like active recovery and makes me feel really awake but still relaxed after. Do it a few times a week now as a core warm up before weights and cardio
I always return to this workout which is also very relaxing as well as a way to keep fit!
