So it's my what ? Seventh time doing this and I'm actually remembering the move. I'm anorexic so for me moving is a punition and an obligation. But this, this !!! This is what I call JOYFUL movement. This was the best workout I think I have ever done omfg
I just started exercising again since the panini depression. I was definitely sweating even when I'm totally clueless and have 2 left feet when it comes to dancing. Holy moly, it gets the heart rate up. So fun though.

I love your dances etc But think about normal people who are not dancers. I could not follow up half of it which means my workout was like a joke. For me it is time wasted and that means I will not return to this and use other videos where I can actually move my body! 🙂
