I love Hasfit workouts! If you are made to watch and don't do the actual workout, you may not like it as a student couch surfing. However, that's no reason to hate. Maybe get up and try it. The workouts aren't easy. They are excellent and teaches proper form for optimal results. Each move works multiple muscles to get optimal results. Too bad the students don't have a clue sitting down doing nothing. Try it, you'll like it. Plus you can always play your own music to get into it. Mindset. That's what it's all about.

I've done this work out a few times and it's so good! the only thing is I've just entered hay fever season here and it makes it harder for me to breathe, so that makes sporting harder and it really makes me not wan to.. But I'm really trying! I did this again today so I feel accomplished! Thanks coach and Claudia!

Love the stamding up exercises but the ones one the floor are boring.

My schedule is tight for all the work I have going on, and these workouts are perfect. I needed to squeeze a difficult but short workout and this made me drop to the floor during the up-and-down bearclaws
