High potential to become one of my new favorite forms of Cardio. It’s a mix out of classic Aerobic Steps & lots of Boxing Movements. Not sure if those 2 topics are MEANT to go together – but I think it fits amazingly! I had to test the routine so many times but I am reallyyyyy happy about the result 🙂 hope you like it as well!

▸ no burpees, no jumps
▸ no noise, no upset neighbors
▸ no up & down
… Just stepping our feet for 15min straight & I’m sure you will end up sweating.

Can't believe it was only 15 min, that definitely felt like an hour for me.
I'm 229 down from 299 from 3 years ago. I usually do the walk at home workouts but wanted to try something new. I did this without stopping. Who cares if I'm awkward? Just keep moving. I loved this!😍❤❤👍

I usually do maximum of 45 mins HIIT or dance workout so this 15 min should've been nothing to me, but why does it felt like I've been doing this for an hour??? TT I don't know it it's the music

Idek why i chose this workout
The fact that this is one of the easier of Pam's workouts that I've done and I'm still red in the face, out of breath and collapsed on the floor says a lot. Keep going guys, we got this!!

I did it and I decided to do some of these exercises adding dumbbells to gain muscles in my arms, this workout helped me a lot to burn kcal (I gain weight easily)
After this, I feel more at ease to go and eat my Christmas dinner 😂
