This was fantastic and brutal. I surprised myself by doing two rounds…but mostly because I SUCK AT PULL-UP stuff (ahem. "I currently struggle with…") and figured I should try again.
In the second round, I managed to get my butt to my heel for all the pistols!! I'm finding that I'm suddenly better at some things, but not by doing that thing…by doing other things that strengthen whatever was weak!
Thanks for making such varied and balanced workouts Coach Kozak. I'm on Week 7 of "Hero 90", and I'm actually starting to feel like one ;-).

Coach I am an 20 yr old women who wants to get started in calisthenics. The exercises in this vid are to intenes and intimidating for me.
