This was a great lower body workout. It was super gentle and incorporated some balance. I don't have a kettle ball or a band at home and I think it was just as effective.

Today was the first day in 3 years that I've worked out. Let me tell you when I saw 15 minutes I thought "pshh easy" and now I cant feel my legs. Thank you I'm hoping to continue this workout for a month! 🙂
