I loved these exercises! I definitely felt it in my abs! I was wondering if you could talk more in your videos. I found myself looking up at times (especially when the music was quiet) because I thought the video stopped or paused. I made the video feel a bit boring especially the second round of exercises because it was so quiet. Other than that, great video!

Every time I think I can manage another 15 minute video after this workout, all hopes fade when we have to repeat everything again. Insane how much I’m sweating and there’s no cardio involved, pure core and arm strength! Amazing!
I can hardly type this message. I really felt that in my obliques, abs and sweated while performing. Revisit definitely!
The one I find the most difficult to do is the legs bent crunch to either side. I can't stop putting my upper arm down when I go to the side!
Was it just me or when she said to make sure to touch your knees to ur elbows, my knees didn’t reach… 💀
Okay so I tried this at home cause quarantine isn’t giving me enough opportunities to workout I’ll post progress here since it’s anonymous. Gotta say my abs (especially lower) burn
