I started this workout several months ago and have done it a few times a week since (among other things.) When I started, I literally never thought I'd ever be able to get through it fully. After months of work, not only can I do this easily, but I'm starting to look like you, too! With your workouts (and weight watchers,) lost abt 20 lbs and went from 27% body fat to now 21% at 116lbs and a BMI score of 20, and my lean muscle has increased too! Thank you, your channel is so so helpful <3

Nice smooth workout , good for the evening. Not too exhausting but still feelable for me. I’m Doing sports almost every day so it might be more intensive for so. Who is starting to get a routine .

Haven't done abs in awhile. Did this workout a week ago and didn't feel like it was very challenging. Two days later it hurt so bad if I needed to cough or lay down. Yes, I'm a bit foolhardy. After a week off, I'm back for more. Super workout. 😁

I have tried multiple ab routines and this is the only routine that has improved my lower abs. I’m over 40 and never believed that I could get rid of my stubborn belly fat but I am her today to say it can be done with this! Thank you so much for all you do to help others with their weight loss goals. You inspire me every time I work out with you.

Thanks for all you do to help built a heath community.
It took me a few months to get to do the entire routine without complaining 😀
It goes without saying that you look amazing and sculpted, but I've learn that working out alone doesn't get your the results without a well balanced diet.
One thing that I've been asking myself is nutrition, and if you would do a video explaining what you know about nutrition and perhaps give your audience an idea of what a daily diet plan have made for your self.
I'm turning 50 next year and often I get complements about my looks and how fit I am, but most people don't believe me when I say that 70% of my daily efforts are around my diet, and I really don't lift heavy weights, as use resistance tubes to do some of my workout besides the videos from you 🙂
