that look is so friggin cute! also i have sat here and literally cried sometimes cause it was nice to watch you feel so joyful (or at least if you weren't you must have like covered it up like a milion dollar robbery) and i was thinking about telling you that, it kinda looks like the happiness of a person that used to think at some point like so many of us do "oh i can't dance" and then someday they were like "but wait.. i mean loophole, isn't dancing kind of like a workout? and i am doing that all the time!" and actually you like love dancing and when you tapped into it through your workouts you realized SIS i CAN DANCE and now everybody gets to see this and feel energized and someone might actually see this and go "waiiit, can i do this maybe? i mean i do workouts…" and you get a wholeass madfit-community full of people that may not have had the courage before you came THROUGH
well at least that's what i imagine when i watch your content, maybe it's sth else maybe it's cause you're really thrilled that despites it seeming like a ridiculed "dumb idea", you chose to try and now you have a huuuge youtubechannel and are able to make money with something you love
anyway your one direction-workout obviously ended up in my danceworkout-list and i don't think it'll be the last one (i'm also very picky cause if a song is slightly sad it can easily be too sad for me to listen/dance to)

not a dancer at all so this was far from graceful, but it was kinda fun, a lot more than running to be honest, so I guess your dance videos will be my new favourite form of cardio workout from now on xD

Aquí les dejo las instrucciones:
Se inicia en Miercoles:
1.- Por la mañana coloque en Media Taza de agua, el número de granos de arroz correspondientes a los kilos que quiera perder.
2.- No ponga más granos de los necesarios porque esos kilos nunca más se recuperaran.
3.- En la noche tomese el agua dejando los granos de arroz para luego volver a llenar la taza.
Jueves:
1.- Por la mañana, en ayunas, beba toda el agua dejando todos los granos de arroz y luego llene nuevamente la taza con agua.
Viernes:
1.- Por la mañana, en ayunas, beba todo, esta vez con los granos de arroz.
IMPORTANTE:
1.- Conserve la taza tapada durante todo el proceso.
2.- Reparta copias (fotocopias a personas que usted sabe que le interese adelgazar) de esta dieta conforme a los kilos que quiera perder o enviar por mail.
3.- Comience la dieta en Miercoles y no antes de haber repartido todas las copias, o en su defecto repartirlas via correo electronico.
4.- Puede repartir la dieta a cualquier persona de su entorno.
5.- No haga regimen de ninguna otra dieta, esta dieta es infalible.

does anyone else have there fat jiggle and it hurt when doing some of thr exercises??? i had a c-section a year ago and that area is tender due to all the weight 🙃🙃 I feel like I need a tummy holder until I loose the weight

I think this is my fave of the dance workouts!!! I might be biased cuz I'm a 90s kid but still – super fun!! I loved how the exercises weren't too difficult to understand, and how much you cycled them!!
