This quick 14 minute workout uses just a set of dumbbells to sculpt and tighten your arms and back after pregnancy. As new moms, we are doing so much holding, lifting, carrying, rocking, and soothing the baby, it’s important to keep those muscles strong and healthy. This workout not only helps strengthen, but helps alleviate pain and tightness, all while getting your upper body back in shape after baby!

Hi Amy, I love your workouts! Are you looking to produce anymore for post natal? Or can you advise what would be the next step for me in terms of your other videos. I'm 12 weeks since the birth. Many thanks x

I love all of these post natal videos. My body isn’t ready to do any hard core workouts yet so I like these to ease into it. I’m going to do them for another week before I start regular work outs

How soon can I try to do this? I am 3-weeks post-partum (and feeling good, but not sure if it is safe) I want to start toning my upper body first.

I am feeling my shoulders a lot when doing tricep kickbacks. Any tips on how to make sure my triceps are doing the work?
