simply holding the dumb bell differently than I usually do and adding small leg lifts changes it up for me. Love this.

Thank you Amy! What a challenging, but doable strengthening workout! I especially love how you gave plenty of options for L1s & L2s. Will definitely incorporate some of these moves in my daily workouts. Can’t wait to check out more of your videos! 💪🏽😊

Rolled my ankle yesterday, this was perfect for today to keep moving – hopefully will be able to get back into regular workouts in the next few days! Thank you. Any chance you might consider adding some longer chair workouts with dumbbells?

As a volleyball player who is trying to get more strength in my arms for serving and spiking, this is amazing! Really helped me get my serves over the net!

Amy this was great thanks. I have achilles tendinitis and can't run or do any normal workouts. I'm going nuts. This really helped me.

Thank you ~
My daughter and I did you workout today.. really nice.
We wanted to try something new, she uses a wheelchair for distance and a walker in the home..
this was a nice workout for both able bodies and people with limited mobility.
We’ll be doing you class again! Adding to our favorites!
🥰👏✨

That was great! Recovering from a knee injury – PT for the knee, but was looking for a way to work the upper body – this was perfect! Thank you!

A great workout! I did this one as I’ve injured my lower legs from shin splints and plantar fasciitis so wanted a workout without placing stress on my feet and legs. Fantastic! Thankyou so much xx

Wonderful workout and totally do-able for anyone with lower body limitations like mine! (I've had one partial knee replacement, am getting ready for surgery on the other knee this spring, and trying to avoid lumbar spinal fusion.) I really liked the fact that a little bit of cardio and core work were included with the upper body exercises.

I love your low key vibe and body positivity as well as the different levels/options offered. I am just recovering from knee surgery and this upper body workout is a great option for me.
