Today, we are focusing on your upper body and arms, specifically your shoulders, triceps, biceps, chest, back, and traps! I hope this workout helps you find the joy in your movement. I know you will be feeling a sore but so strong once you finish!

I have been doing this video about 10 times now and everytime Cassey says "-body! I have one body!" It's cracking me up so bad and i am like "Do you, girl?? Do you though?" I don't know what it is😂
You have try iced cold brew with a splash of TJ's oat milk (as Cassey mentioned as her favorite) and a bruised sprig of fresh mint. It's a summer dream!
Hate to break it to you, but…My midsection is all skin and bones so I find it exceptionally hard to do half cobra pushups.

Restarting after a 6 month hiatus. I've lost so much strength, but I've committed to doing the regular monthly calendar to the best of my ability. I've definitely had to modify some moves, but I wanna push myself and watch my strength come back! 😌
Every time I hear her start listing the types of milk all I can think of is “Where your boyfriend at?? Is he tall?? Does he like Mike and Ike’s??” 😭😂
