I did the TRX push-ups and the TRX straps rubbed the outer area of my arms raw! Do you have that problem or a solution??
Maybe wear a sleeve on your arm? Or turn them out so the sharpe edge is facing away from your arm 🙂
My friend. crossfit is just strength training / circuit training. They didn't invent anything new. Anytime you are doing a high intensity circuit like this hitting multiple bodyparts you are circuit training and burning a lot of calories 🙂

got 3 1/2 set in. Plank Walks and Push ups are the hardest.. Haven't felt my arms/Shoulders burn that much in awhile. GREAT ROUTINE!!! gonna throw it in once a week thanks again

made it 3 and a half rounds before 12 mins hit I do crossfit and this was tough for me good work out man will incorporate this into my workout days
making stupid routines just for the sake of making a new videos.. the quality has really dropped on this channel.
Did 3 sets and 1 set of push ups. Brilliant circuit routine will be keeping this as part of my friday circuit/bodyweight session.
