I did the TRX push-ups and the TRX straps rubbed the outer area of my arms raw! Do you have that problem or a solution??

Maybe wear a sleeve on your arm? Or turn them out so the sharpe edge is facing away from your arm 🙂

My friend. crossfit is just strength training / circuit training. They didn't invent anything new. Anytime you are doing a high intensity circuit like this hitting multiple bodyparts you are circuit training and burning a lot of calories 🙂

got 3 1/2 set in. Plank Walks and Push ups are the hardest.. Haven't felt my arms/Shoulders burn that much in awhile. GREAT ROUTINE!!! gonna throw it in once a week thanks again

great vid scott! huge fan. one question- what else do you do on a day with this routine? warm up? cool down? looking to incorporate it into a full 50min workout (or if u think this routine is enough for the day… i know ill be dead tired after i complete it!)
