I do like the way he shows himself struggling in his vids. You don't get that in a lot of fitness vids but then if I see him struggling then an out of shape fat pleb like me would die trying this workout…

God that was hard and I was only using 2.5kg bells 😆 (heaviest I have atm). I managed to complete 14 reps and was just about to start the 16’s so I’m happy with that. Fair play doing 10kg as those shoulder presses HURT!! I had just done the 20min of burpees challenge before doing this one though 😆
Bl**dy hell, this one was unexpectedly tough. I know workouts are hard, the best ones usually are, but I unexpectedly struggled with this one – I think for the concentration/focus side of things with the same few episodes repeated throughout. Flamin' brutal.
