Thank you! I've been super-achy and winded for no reason and it's usually alright unless I try to actually work out or take walks. Even this is pushing it, but this is the only way I can work out right now. Thank you for providing a way!

Awesome session! I've been down down for the first time in over a year and a half! Been unable to workout for just about 3 weeks now . Movement was down to a dull amount! I was doing 45 minute long weight lifting sessions and a cardio at the end…….im afraid just how weak I feel and the amount of back pain and fatigue I'm feeling! Please tell me that it won't take much to get back where I was? I'm afraid 😨 😕

I’m looking for a light exercise in my 8th day quarantine for covid positive, this is perfect! I Please note that I have a very light symptoms and feel more energy, this light exercise helped me to connect with my body and I feel refresh after doing this! Others with positive covid might not feel the same way, our body react differently with the virus, our immune and energy level might be different, so please use your discretion!

I’ve been doing high intensity workout for the past 7 days. I am so so tired but this small workout got my body moving with ease.
Thank you for this. I'm 26 weeks pregnant with a cold and until now I've been working out regularly lifting weights and doing yoga but do not have the energy to do either right now. I don't want to just sit around either though. This was perfect to get some blood and oxygen flowing, it felt so good! ❤
