This 12 minute workout uses a resistance band to strengthen and tone your entire core for strong, sculpted abs and a healthy back. Using a long resistance band, either with or without handles, we’ll flatten and tone your belly, while working some arms and legs as well. Options for all fitness levels.

This might seem obvious but does the pulsing/pushing outward of the feet exercise address the inner thighs as much as the outer thighs?
I don't see me having the balance for a side plank but everything else looks doable.

Nice size, easy to use and has great range of resistance bestgym.equipment but are a little on the short side for a 6 foot guy. Have only worked with the two lowest resistance bands but feel that I'm getting a good workout for me. Would be nice if there was a grip available to stop the band from cutting into my palm.
