I love how authentic and unedited this is. My 2 year old and I had so much fun participating. My daughter loved watching the “baby” and imitating her throughout. Hi I'm a mommy of two..I'm 36..by kids are 10 yrs apart .son is 10. An daughter is now 15 mo..an it's hard to exercise with my clingy girly..she is walking an just got her first pair of shoes man did her first hold hand walk at park track .she is 18 lbs .an busy bot..IV been looking for videos like this.so I think she will enjoy this..as we already indirectly do these..bc everything I do she is glued or on my hip..so I'll just work your routines into something fun for her to do with me an daddy..she is clingy to

THNAK YOUUUU!!! I love how real this was. Too often we see "perfect" babies (or edited to look that way) and its suuuuper discouraging. This made me feel like I CAN do it!!
This was WONDERFUL. As others said, thank you for keeping this real and unedited. It allowed me to have so much more grace with myself and patience for my bud 😉 This shifted my entire view of what workouts post-baby will/should be. Thank you!!

Hi Amy! Thank you so much for all of your videos. My little one is now 16 months and I'm 17 weeks pregnant with her little sibling. I am wondering if I can keep doing the baby/toddler and me workouts and/or if there's a way to include her in the pregnancy workouts for the second trimester. She's a little clingy right now and wants to be held a lot like your daughter in the video.
This was great my toddler thought it was really fun! Hopefully I'll be able to start exercising consistently again

I had a lot of fun doing this workout. It was not too difficult for me and I was able to keep an eye on my toddler. My 18-month-old did not want to cuddle with me like yours did but she did want to hand me toys the entire time, and what I was on the floor she liked to lay on my stomach lol 💗
Thank you for this video. I never have any time to work out alone and everything else is too hard for my physical condition at this time. My 2yo daughter loved helping mommy and mimicked a lot of what your daughter was doing. It was so fun!
