I have a question if anyone can help me out, whenever I do core workouts, my lower back hurts more than my abs, even if i try to make sure my lower back is touching the mat. Any one have any tips?

Great quick and fun workout! I’ve gone away for a week for the first time since following Amy workouts, and was sad that I wouldn’t be able to keep up with the monthly calendar. However I packed my mini band and mini Pilates ball and am seeking out the 10-15min workouts with these to keep moving and strong this week. Thanks as always for making it fun and quick and easy to show up for me!

Bought these for my daughter who does gymnastics and they work really well for what we use them for. We use them for exercise and she also uses them to help her hold her legs while pulling them up behind her head. They have held up really well and I love the fact that it has several different bands with different resistance on bestgym.equipment each. When one gets easy to use we move on to the next one!
Wonderfully challenging for the core. Great upper and lower bonus work, too. This can be done without a band for sure, especially for beginners.
