Love this workout! The goblet squat pulses kill me lol. Does anyone know how I can figure out how many calories this work out burns? I gotta track everything
I cursed you the whole time. I've done this literally every day for three weeks. It's gotten a bit easier. Frog butt is already gone and my abs have definition. Now, I'm just skinny fat, so I might see results faster than someone who is overweight. I'm not an example. But if my lazy ass can do it, so can you!! Get after it! thanks for your workouts! I work from home, so I desperately need them!!
I'm gonna call this workout the "are you kidding me" workout… Almost killed myself during the first five minutes!!! With only a 10lb kettlebell.

First of your workouts that I tried. I discovered a couple things, 1) I have zero balance 2) I am sadly out of shape. I couldn’t do the whole thing but will keep working on it until I can..
Just finished this with a 10 lb bell and I’m sweating and sore like I just did a 45 min crazy cardio session or even a HIIT workout. Good stuff!! I’m a beginner and I’m hooked!!
Keeping the weight in your heels, is the best advice for any newbie to kettle bells.
You can almost never do the hip hinge wrong for example with that advice.

Added this to your 20 min kettlebell blast workout and my booty is burning. I love the burn and can tell which muscle groups are working with this workout. I will definitely be doing this workout more often. Great bonus to any workout.
