Today I’m bringing you a 12 minute body-weight, full body HIIT workout. Oww oww! This workout requires no equipment so you can workout at home or from anywhere! 45 sec of work + 15 sec of rest. Keep that intensity up and just follow along 🙂

This burned lot calories I did this and i was o ground for another 10 min to catch up my breath .. it burned 200 kcal

I loved it, I like the no repeat exercises but that you can feel you sweat. Also, what exercises di you recoommend to slim down the legs?

I just did 30 mins workout with jake dupree and wanted to be sore tomorrow with style so i did this one too with light weights. I barely can hold my phone now 😂 Love it 👌🏼

Great! Love it! I love this one because it is short and intense, and I can combine it with some yoga or another type of workout. Thanks Heather for giving us all kinds of options, and for making it easier to get yourself to workout if you don't feel like doing so for 45 min-1 hour haha! This is the perfect help to get myself moving and convince my body that it wants to! THANK YOU!
