I love these quick AM flows, Shona! Thank you for sharing this sequence. ☀ I normally have time for a 30-minute practice to get my day started, but for those quick mornings these flows are precious. I really enjoy a good sun salute, and you made them very fun! Namaste. 🙏

So glad I found Shona! I love her energy and I love, love, love that she doesn't waste a lot of time with chatter. So many others do and end up holding a pose on one side longer than the other. For a particular person like me it's absolutely maddening.

So I'm a large ex rugby player, and i'm large and Black and afraid to go to a Yoga studios mostly because being around too many middle class white women is terrifying so this video has been a blessing- I have been doing this routine for two weeks now- thanks a ton Shona

Im not the most flexible individual but really enjoyed it i like how the moves combi. I defo need to do more of this. I;m trying o work it into my daily routine. Third yoga session in 4 days. feel better for it.

I am a beginner and I did good for the first 4 or 5 minutes….than it was hard for me to keep up with. Lol! Didnt realize I was soooo out of shape! Something to work towards, I guess.
