Any advice for me–I've been consistently working out generally daily for a couple years now, and most of my body has changed except triceps have been tricky. I love my biceps and shoulders, but the backs of my arms have been hard to tone. I do bicep/tricep strength training at least once a week, usually twice. Any advice?

Quick question? After baby #2, my arms are a bit looser but I have muscle, just flabby arms. (I’m only 30) Will workouts like this tone up that flabby skin? this was a great workout 👍👍

At the end when she says I don't know if I will be able to carry my child later was my exact thoughts as my arms are burning like crazy. Definitely neglect my triceps but I'm changing that slowly.
