My gym teacher told me to do this today I cooked food instead lmao
love it Thank you so much… and many blessings to you
Ian ever doing thus 😹😹
We all have one thing in common: our gym teachers told us to watch this
Wait, kid's gym teachers are making them do stuff at home? I get normal schooling being a thing… but gym class? Its not like most of y'all do weights or something. Right?
So basically we all are here bc of our teachers? Okey nice

Good morning Thanks I did it very honestly
So who else is just chilling on the couch for gym class?
This microphone is so 90's exercise tv shows.
The first move doesn’t feel right. I feel like it’s straining my knee and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. It’s not easy to get the 90 degree angle on both knees so fast. Wish the stretch was done slower
Bunch of naughty delinquents I see in the comment section.
No wonder it felt so quick. I was following alone in 1.5x speed. Gotta do this again😖
Destroyed. Demolished. Dehumidified. Deez nuts.
everyone is here bc of virtual learning & I'm here bc I actually don't know how to stretch
THANK YOU ♥♥
Super
Sir your great job
Never ever stop making videos as you are the best.. BIG THUMBS UP 👍
What I learned from this video (HW):
1) There are some additional movements you can do while doing a certain exercise. For instance, what I learned from this video that when you are doing a downward-facing dog you can move your legs to get a little extra stretch going instead of having them completely straight.
2) Another thing I learned is that when doing specific stretches such as the fire hydrant circle, it is ideal that you do this equally on both sides for the same amount of time. This goes for any other stretch that can be done with your legs, arms, etc.
3) The multiplanar lunge has so many muscles and body parts at work from your hips to your arms and legs as well. As a result, I learned that the multiplanar lunge helps your core stay tight.
I don't have enough space in my room 🙁

What I learned from this video (HW):
1- The first thing I learned from this would be the fact that you can do at-home workouts and stretches and burn tons of calories in such a short amount of time.
2- Another thing I learned from this is that your form when performing these workouts is crucial to the exercise actually being effective.
3- The last thing that I learned from this 12-minute workout video is that you can do multiple workouts that work out the same parts of your body and it becomes more effective, it is better to do more workouts that focus one one body part then to do one workout for an extensive period of time.
I can’t say enough about Hasfit and how amazing their routines are. There is something for every level of motivation. Please continue your great work. ❤️
