You shouldn’t be stretching your neck backwards since it can give you some pain in the neck. I would change it so you only rolled your neck half circle front
Just curious, What are your credentials? Some of the stretches are helpful some can be harmful. Example: The beginning head roll stretch can be harmful. When our heads go back, we need to support our heads.
Also, the side to side head move is too fast.In yoga it's done slowly. The comments I've made are what I have learned from certified instructors.

I was doing many workout videos for beginners to start the next year fresh but I felt my muscles completely sore afterwards, it was painful to even stretch by myself. This video helped me stretch in a more comfortable way, I noticed the muscle pain dissipated afterwards. Thank you for sharing this routine with us!
Nice routine I just completed it. But are you supposed to twist your neck like that? In a circle? I thought that’s bad
The first stretch is incorrect. "Karate guys" made the neck spin popular because they think it makes them look tough. But anybody who understands the neck and spine will say you shouldn't twist your neck that way. You're supposed to stretch your neck up-and-down, and side-to-side; there's no muscle with a function that spins like that, you can strain something.
