This past weekend we wrapped up 2014 with our final camp of the year. This was also our final themed camp which ended up adding a fun dynamic to camp. Thank you to everyone who came out and celebrated Christmas at the Warhouse with us. This video will show you a little behind the scenes look at what goes into camp.

I'm always kind of surprised when #grumpyrob talks about his staff letting him down or not showing up or whatever it was that day…the Warhouse looks like the coolest fucking place in the world to work, and it's filled with all these awesome people. Why the hell would you ever want to fuck that up? I'd love to work in such an incredible place, for/with such real, passionate people.

SUGGESTION!
During the workout segments with Dana and everyone is watching her train, with your guest partner or whoever, you should pick different people out from the crowd to spot her for each set and switch it up, get people involved in that sense. I can see how watching someone train for more then 60 minutes can make you wanna start lifting and if you can't get into it, it might leave people on the outer, if you get what i mean.
Just thought it might help the interaction a bit better, from a business point of view.

A good way to make bring in some extra cash would be to advertise a warhouse raffle. Could advertise it on youtube, put a promotional flyer in with products you ship out. 10 bucks a ticket and have the main prize a $500 stash or something.
1,000 people buy a ticket that's $10k.
I do it at my gym with supplements and membership vouchers. It's obviously not as big as yours – but we sell about 200 tickets. Do it once every two months – it gives profits a nice boost.
