I like Lucy's workouts, better than any of the other ones I've tried. So, I guess I'm asking…can I lose weight by only doing Lucy's workouts. They keep my attention and motivation, much better than some of the other workouts I've tried.

She is too good and very considerate. I like her workouts as she gives a preview and she gives no-jumping alternatives. Also all her workouts are in real time so I do not have to look for time or count. A request, would you please make a video with full body workout using resistance band.

Of all the workouts, I love this one the most! Especially that Lucy sees us through until the very end by including the cool down stretches with a twist from the older ones. And it went fast! No marching on the spot between exercises. Thanks, Lucy!

Aaaahhhh! Finally the repeats. I love this. So gonna do this. I recently was told by my friend about your workouts. I recently started with your 7 days belly fat workout. But I am switching to this.
