I like Lucy's workouts, better than any of the other ones I've tried. So, I guess I'm asking…can I lose weight by only doing Lucy's workouts. They keep my attention and motivation, much better than some of the other workouts I've tried.

She is too good and very considerate. I like her workouts as she gives a preview and she gives no-jumping alternatives. Also all her workouts are in real time so I do not have to look for time or count. A request, would you please make a video with full body workout using resistance band.

Late to the part, but I'm here now. Just on day two. Although I started on Saturday and did two extra. Anyhoo, I just did the 7 minute arm workout after this one. I could really feel it. Thank you again lovely Lucy. ☘😘💖🧚🏻♀️🤗💕
