GUYS IM 15 YRS OLD 5’2 and 113 lbs AND I HAVE A MEDIUM SIZED HUMP ON MY STOMACH,, I ONLY HAVE A FAT STOMACH,, NOWHERE ELSE IS RLLY TOO FAT,, IF I TRY TO EAT HEALTHY AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER,, WILL I GET A FLAT STOMACH? I ALSO WOULD SWIM 4 DAYS A WEEK IN ADDITION TO DOING THIS CHALLENGE. SCHOOL IS STARTING VERY SOON FOR ME AND IM ALSO WORRIED I WONT HAVE TIME TO DO THE DAY’s WORKOUT BC ILL BE BUSY WITH SCHOOL.. PLS HELP ANY ADVICE? WILL I GET A FLAT STOMACH IF I DO THIS EVERY DAY FOR HOW LONG?
