1) Trail Mix or Granola
2) Fruit Juices or Smoothies
3) Salad Dressings
4) Avocado
5) Coconut Milk
6) Natural Sweeteners
7) Energy Bars
8) Gluten-Free Foods
9) Vegetable Chips
10) Frozen Yoghurt
11) Nut Butter
I’m not saying you shouldn’t be eating all these foods, in fact, most of them should be part of your diet. But be aware that they are NOT “free” calories. Those calories can still add up, causing you to experience a weight loss plateau or even weight gain.
So what’s the key to not gaining weight on healthy foods? The answer is fairly simple – you should know what you’re eating and PORTION CONTROL is the key. Apply these tips and train yourself to be a MINDFUL eater.

I tend to eat until I can't no more, which isn't that much, then I do a pretty intense workout and not eat for 2 days idk if its healthy tho

I know it's trendy now to follow KETO eating regime. However…calories always do matter. If you consume 3, 000 cals a day in meat, that's still lots of cals and you will put weight on. Those juice cleanses..yeh..i drank fruit/veg juice mix every morning for a year. Packed on 23lb. Sugar is sugar.

Calories. U want to eat food that makes you full while not eating too many calories everyday(individual #). If you eat more calories than you need then you gain weight. Simple.
