Another excellent routine. It was a super add on to 15 Minutes Total Body Training from WS3 this morning. I am currently travelling and don’t have any heavy weights so this new workout fits brilliantly with my summer exercise plans. It is quick but very, very effective. Thanks Jessica I love to mix and match the workouts from your Walk Strong DVD’s with your YouTube routines. Working out with you is always effective, varied and never ever boring. Thanks so much 💪💪💪💪

Hi Jessica! I’ve been doing your workouts for a month and thank gosh ! I finally found workouts that are so suitable! I wanted to know if you can suggest a video that you have done on YouTube that is best for getting rid of hip fat (fat above the hip but below the waist … love handles I think they might be called Lol ) because I’m curvy but my hips look abit square because of this and I just want to have a smooth curve from my hip to my waist as my waist is smaller.thankk you 🤗🤗🤗 lots of love from the UK! Xx

OMG!!!! OWWWWW!!!! I am so out of shape now, this was really hard! I had to take little breaks in between all the reps. I will definitely feel this tomorrow!

I was a little pressed for time this morning, so I thought I'd try this workout. Wow! Loved it! My rear end definitely will be feeling this later. Thanks, Jessica.
