I like your channel but if you talking about health you should stand behind your vision, so googe+ iphone on walking it's not so healthy, you can just go out for a walk with a simple watch without any radiation near your body. and not to talk about the big brother following you, give yourself a hour of peace and freedome because it will not last anyway

thans all nice and good for HIIT workouts, but for someone like me who has both knees broken in a way and am barely allowed to walk steps, id like to see more workouts that dont focus on using knees much. thank you!
