Hey guys let me know if you like this new format (camera angle, picture in picture, less text) etc. I am trying to make the videos better and more engaging. If you dig it, like the video and leave a comment. If you hate it, curse my calves.

Man. Before the gym I used to do 10-20 pushups every time before going back on the computer. Going to start again.

Overhead press, push ups, inverted rows, face pulls, and band YTWL's as well as shrugs, are so underrated for shoulder health, good video omar, so many people stuck with shoulder pain and just trying useless methods and avoiding working the problem.

I did 10,000 push ups in one night. Took about an hour, with all the rest time. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be.

Wouldn't this ruin the balance that some lifters advocate (Alan, AthleanX) by exaggerating push versus the pull in the shoulder area. Making you walk like a neanderthal and making your shoulders misplaced in the socket and wear down the ligaments and such?

I heard that if you want to build a habit you have to do it, connecting it with something that you do multiple times a day. One guy built a fitter life through doing pushups after washing his hands. He started with 2 every time, and eventually came up to 20+. Just something to think about guys.

How bad of an idea is it to combine this with the 10,000 pull up challenge?

10.000 a year would be about 193 per week.. You talk about 50-100 per day.. Would 2 days for 100 a day work as well?

Yo man,
You should tilt your pelvis more when doing pushups. Your lower back is arched now which can cause injury.

27.39726 per day for 2017 😀

Won't you over train your muscles if you add it over your regular training and do push ups every day?

What about doing 10,000 bench press reps or 10,000 dips?

And if you want stronger writs and elbows do these too. Not to many exercises can do that.

Quality is on point, information is laid out, example shown in PIP is nice.
I would refer to this video style as something more polished, professional, and not as humorous/playful/having personality as your earlier videos. Maybe there is a time and a place for each style.
And as someone else said.. some may retain information they read better.

Try push-ups with feet elevated on a sturdy table, work up to 5 sets for 35 reps with a pause at the bottom.

i dont know lots of push ups make me sore if i do push ups i combine with dips and make them my actual chest workout, il fuck up my shoulder s doing and loose strength on lifts doing that many push ups DAILY in addition to all that weights workouts ( which you want people to do each body part at least 2 week, so that means i am doing alot of bench and ohp during week too). I see push ups equal to dips so dont see them as some kind of throw away exercise. If im doing push ups then thast what i am focused on i will not do much bench press at all.

Hey Omar , any type of exercises we can do to help wrist strength / reduce wrist pain?
Its getting tough to continue doing dips, push ups, pressing, etc . Sometimes there is pain after even pull exercises.

But what about progressing? It seems to be the general message from the fitness community that doing the same exercise the same number of reps and sets for time really yields nothing in terms of muscle development. Is this 100 a day idea mostly just to promote shoulder health?

Guys try yoga stretching, my back was killing and then i did 2 sessions at home from a youtube video and now my back doesn’t hurt at all. I did it before workout as well and I felt less pain and could do more.

So basically doing 100 push ups a day or 6 days a week, while keeping myself fresh on each set, is that it?

Then perhaps increase the daily number by 50 percent each month?

Getting to 1000 something push ups a day in a year?

Sound about right?

That's what prisoners do. And yes they get pretty yoke, like Hollywood body yoke, but then again they do that with their feet elevated at waist height, and do them on knuckles(allows greater range of motion). They also do fuckton of pull ups as well.

Same idea for pull ups too, do 5 sets of as many as you can do while FRESH, staying away from fatigue, DO THAT NUMBER DAILY, for a month, and each month, increase the daily rep number by 50 percent.

But guess what? Imma do that with one arm one leg push ups(in time), Pavel Tsatsouline's favourite push up variation….

AND BE HUGE.

100 push ups in a row(perfect push up) and 200 squats in a row is considered a minimum fitness requirement in most reputed MMA gyms.

This is should be a basic level of fitness that you must have, or you will have shit work capacity, and that will hold you back in your training.

Once upon a time….. I used to be a fat dude, uncle got me started doing 120-200 push uups and 200 atg squats a day.

Within 3 month of doing that every day, I got ripped, I was 25 percent body fat, got down to 15 percent body fat with visible blocky abs. I was so happy.

After 4 months I could do 200 full range of motion push ups, chest touching the floor, total lockout in the end, feet together back straight, and also could do 200 full rom atg squats before failure.

I was 200 lbs and then I decided to start lifting, I began starting strength with 225 lbs bench for 5 reps.

Evevryday upon waking up I do a set of 200 push ups and 200 squats.

Helps me stay lean and super healthy.
