I made to to 85 reps to your 100, I don't think that is too bad for me. I added this to one of your upper body 15 minute workouts and it was killer, I am going to work on getting to 100.

Great quick workout. It really worked up a good burn. Was struggling a little after the full sit ups but I enjoyed it completely. Love your style of full body and core exercises, looking forward to more.
