I made to to 85 reps to your 100, I don't think that is too bad for me. I added this to one of your upper body 15 minute workouts and it was killer, I am going to work on getting to 100.

Those hip dips are really killer.

I absolutely love you!! I have been addicted to all your workouts! You have made working out so fun, yet intense. My girls, teenagers, have been working out with you as well. Great quick workout. It really worked up a good burn. Was struggling a little after the full sit ups but I enjoyed it completely. Love your style of full body and core exercises, looking forward to more.
