So it is a fact the more toned your body is the more trim you will become as a toned body keeps you at a healthy fit weight so todays session is going to be doing just that.
I have been doing your workouts for a month now . I find it easy to do it because of the duration. Although I find no difference in my weight . Can u please do a video on diet while doing these exercises?
Lucy I love these short workouts because I still go to school in year 9 and I don't always have a lot of time to target certain areas as I'm already doing other sports like netball rounders etc I love your short effective workouts that don't take to long but really work xx
Hi Lucy I am going through physiotherapy at the minute with my knees and cause some of this for me is hard I was just wondering if there was anything more easer I could do on this work out.
