Hi Lucy.
I hope my english is ok because I'm from the Netherlands but I have a question. I want to be fitter and my condition to be better, but I don't want to lost weight/kilo's.
I do workouts at home (abs, squats, running in place etc) but I just want everything a little more fit. Don't lose kilo's. Do you have any advice?
I'm not fat, the most hated part is my belly…. The rest of my body is ok I would say. Hope you have advice. Thank you so much. X from Amsterdam

Hi Lucy! I have been doing your excercise since past 1.5 month I could see my shape getting better and thanks alot for that but I didn't not loose any weight at all. It's quite demotivating. I am eating oatmeal for lunch and masala oats or Indian daliya for dinner.no sweets or oil
This is my fav of yours because the continuous squat variations keep the heart rate up .. could we have more of these please
