For this 100 Rep Workout you will need either a bench, chair or a sturdy raised surface.
I go through the exercises with you first then we do them together in real time and it is just 100 reps!

Im 14 and have been told my my doctor i need to shift at least 15 kg im currently 89 i jave lost 3kg ing 7 months but its not working aswell have you got any tips for someone who is a "beginner" to excersise
