Thank you Lucy this is great, didn't really feel challenged this morning so did 60 seconds of high knees really fast. I've also lost 2lb this week and that's with my normal healthy diet but had avocado and nuts and blue berries as I didn't think I liked blue berries or avocado but I love them haha……Thank you Lucy 🙂 🙂
