I am so sick of "influencers" pointing to their chest or bouncing their man titties and then showing 6 push-up variations claiming that will build a bigger chest. There is much more to it than just "changing the angle" and I hope this video helps you all learn a bit more about building muscle on your fitness journey.

This is how I do my workouts and I can attest to the fact that yes, taking a week off makes a difference.

For the first week I do push on Mon/Wed/Fri and legs Tue/Thu/Sat. Then on the next week I only do legs Mon/Wed/Fri so I'm giving every muscle group a week off of recovery while still working out. Sure, there's a slight over lap with legs and back but it's minimal.

Always loved weight training but started training in parks followed Hannibal for King. Tried all his hand positioning techniques slow reps my chest blew up with better striations. Also pull ups alone built my biceps up like crazy been really surprised by the results with this training doing variations in hand grips has worked for me.

2010 till 2022 and i thought u stop making youtube video. But i do agree, there are that much of exercises to be perform. "Influencers" these days has to come up with something different like Do This and Not This etc.

61 years old here. Need to get back in shape. Form is everything. May take longer to get muscles back but is best for the structure of your body. Was on physical therapy 2 years ago tendenosis
Back on again since i stopped working out. Remember no pain no gain is not true
You can tear a bicep muscle or others. Takes time.

I used to do 60 (2×30) standard push-ups a day in high school and college. My chest got bigger, but only in the outer and middle pecs. My inner pecs still looked pathetic, and my overall chest looked unshapely and undefined. Recently I've gone back to doing push-ups, but this time as part of my daily bodybuilding routine for 3×10. Now I'm starting to see the added inner pec growth, shape, and definition I craved as a young man. In the end, it doesn't matter what exercise you do, the old 3×10 scheme remains the best way to get the muscle of your dreams. That will never change, no matter how many algorithms force new "content." Thanks for the video and the explanation of nuclei overload.
