Today is the 10 year anniversary of Blogilates! EEEEEEEE! That’s a squeal, btw.

It is so surreal to think, in 2009, I started uploading videos to YouTube for my pilates students that I thought NO ONE would ever see! I can’t believe how lucky I am to be able to be a fitness trainer & friend to over 4.7 million of you now!

I hope you guys love this look at the past 10 years! It’s crazy to see how much has changed (like my hair, haha) and how much has stayed the same (booty taps for life)!

Thank you to everyone who stayed with me on this journey, and I can’t wait to do more amazing stuff with you guys!

My boyfriend found your “Abs on Fire” series and claimed it was impossible… I tried it and was determined to master it!! We were living in a 1 bedroom apartment with an incredibly tight budget. I fell in love with your style of motivation as well as minimal (if any) use of equipment PLUS Blogilates could be done in the smallest of spaces. I did Blogilates for about 4 or 5 years before moving onto in person BARRE classes and currently CROSSFIT.

HI everyone! I discovered Cassey's channel when I was in 5th grade. I was always bigger than the girls at school and my parents, being traditional Korean parents, always shamed me for the way my body was. When I found blogilates, I had no idea what pilates was, I thought it was just easy yoga or something, but little did I know, it would change my entire lifestyle. Cassey made me feel confident and encouraged, even though I couldn't follow everything she did. I noticed I was getting stronger and I could finally do a full workout without any breaks. By the time I was done with middle school, I had lost 15lbs alone just through blogilates. In high school, I had spun out of control. I wasnt confident in myself, I ate my stress and feelings away and I had skyrocketed to the highest weight I had ever been (192 lbs) by the end of my freshman year. I was so discouraged and I was finally motivated to exercise and eat healthy again. I ran one mile every day followed up with blogilates to tone! After 6 months, I had transformed into a happier, healthier, and finally confident person and had lost over 25 lbs. Cassey has completely changed the way I think about myself and without her kind words and poppy personality, i would have never gotten to the place I am now. Thank you blogilates for being with me throughout everything and transforming not only my physical but mental health as well <3

I used to watch your videos when I was in middle school, about ten years ago. its crazy to me how much your content has evolved and improved while also staying consistent. always positivity, pushing your audience to do their best with friendly encouragement. always amazing workouts that kick your butt! its amazing to see how much you've grown. you've done a great job, and you deserve it 🙂

I was such a huge Popster back in 2012-2015. These days, I'm working through my diet disorder and have just wandered back to your videos (my therapist linked me here!) Although I've been very negligent of my personal health over the last year and a half, your videos make me feel empowered and hopeful that I can still take care of my health without associating my worth to my weight or the things I eat.
Thank you for being so diligent with your channel. I'm excited to be on this journey again!

I used to do yoga as a kid, now that I'm going into college and sitting down a lot I've been thinking about getting back into it, but I couldn't get back into it this passed year because I can't go to an instructor and it felt very lonely. I'm brand new and it looks like I have some homework to do! I give myself break time twice a day at four and again at nine so I'll try doing it after chores (I still live at home😣) and then work my way up to doing it first thing in the morning. Might not have time for a full work out but I'll do my best, wish me luck!🤞

When there’s no progress in 10 years. I think you should change your way to do your stuff. I know some girl don’t want to change their physique but I don’t think it’s normal to don’t see progression with your physique with 10 years of training
