I think your suggestion of writing things down for the next day will be a game changer! I make lists in my head for awhile before bed and so that is a nice way to write it down and then try to let it go and sleep! 💙 💤 also I need one of those pillows!

I've been suffering from erratic sleep patterns lately. I keep my phone away an hour before bedtime and that's really helped me.

That's a great video, what I also do is a sleeping meditation. I use the leaf from bellabeat (loving it like crazy) and they have superior meditations for all occasions.

I'm so with you on tip #8!! My mind goes crazy from the moment the light turns off and I start making lists in my head for the next day and the rest of the week 🤣 and then start stressing about what I have to remember!! So definitely gonna put this in to practice 🙌 IG: nandersby_lsf

if i have a lot going on the next day, that usually keeps me up because i can’t turn off my brain! but, doing breathing exercises helps me a lot + having lavender essential oils diffusing in my room helps. 🙂

I don't eat late at night, sleep with a fan on and I'll sometimes read before bed for like 30-60 hrs before bed!

I like when the room is completely dark, having a diffuser set for 30 mins, and putting away electronics and reading 15-30 mins before bed @jess.sweats.success

I used to drink water to close to the time I went to bed. Interrupting my sleep cycle and waking up in the middle of the night to be kind to my bladder was never fun lol. Best tip, try to do your hydrating two hours before you're ready to go to bed, then one last potty break before heading to bed 🌕💤 @lovesweatfitness @michelle.lsf

I put my phone away an hour before bed, I always make sure to work out that day. If I'm really having a hard time I will stretch for 30 minutes and read.

Suffering from bad insomnia, feeling a bit lost at how to help, since over the counter meds no longer work. My husband falls alseep as soon as he hits the pillow.. It's a hard battle when you just want to sleep yourself but can't and going to bed is a stressful event =(

Oh man I’m sorry but $160 for that pillow? Just too much. Especially considering it might not help me with my serious insomnia problem. Anybody know of a cheaper or generic version I could try? Like less than $50?

My thoughts from the day, like I get criticized basically everyday and then I worry bout the next day and a tip is stay of technology a hour before bed.
