7 out of 10 adults suffer from Stress & Anxiety and I do go through it as well, due to the expectations I tend to put on myself. Hence, I wanted to put this video together because I wanted to share with you some of the tips I’ve been practicing to help me through my anxiety. I’m still learning to deal with it on a daily basis.

hi…. can u pls make a video of the exercises which can be done daily to reduce fat whether from belly or thighs….. i mean just make a video of the exercises which can be done simply at home without any confusion

This vid came to the right moment. Thank you very much Joanna. I am really stressed out lately. My goal is to became an active person like you . So I really would apreciate a few tipps from you bc at the moment I am at my worst health condition.
I work 8 h per day in an office, + 2 h everyday commute. And I try to sleep 8-9 h bc I feel my life very stressful. How should I plan my day, with food prep, workout and meditation and for how long? And how is the proper portion size to eat? I also look in your vids but sometimes its not fitting my needs.

I am 12 and am not 'fat' but I'm not healthy.Recently, Iv'e started exercising every day and using a yoga app on my phone. However, my diet is not healthy at all. I want to make my own healthy meals as I can cook but my parents won't let me and so I have to eat burgers, pasta and stuff like that every day for dinner. I don't really know what to do

I’ve suffered generalised anxiety and panic disorder for years, mainly triggered by mental abuse, so have had ongoing stress most of the time 😔 I have found your workouts extremely helpful in helping me become more motivated and giving me some confidence 🙏
